I’m Farren Howard (or eyevi6 online), a student at TCNJ studying Interactive media and minoring in Tech studies and Music Technology. I have a strong passion for brain-melting music and visuals, so this project was a creative output for my interests.
The Dariacore experience is a compilation of my music and music from staples in the Dariacore community. The experience will provide bright, entertaining, fun visualizers, lights, and great music. This project also aims to reveal the underground genre to the public.
Dariacore the genre is a heavily internet based plunderphonic EDM/Hyperpop subgenre discovered in 2020 named after the infamous MTV character Daria from the show “Daria”. The music in the set is all created and mashed together using FL studio. As for visuals a mixture of editing softwares were used. Adobe premier pro, After Effects, CapCut, and FL studios Zgamevisualizer were all utilized to create the visualizers.
After graduation I plan to expand in my field of music technology. Whether its composition or sound design, music and sound is my passion and its what I want to do in the future.
